At least that was the case when four mancunian friends formed a band that would later become ‘Umarells’. 

Umarells made their online debut in 2022 and are currently making waves with the release of their second single, ‘Closer’. This latest track follows their first single ‘You’re Not here’, which was released earlier in the year and showcases the band’s fast evolving musical journey.

The ethereal  and gothic landscapes of ‘Closer’ transports listeners to a dreamlike state. The song has a dark but lulling vibe with relaxed and dreamy vocals.
