      Regularly posting snippets of new original ideas and covers on Tiktok and Instagram, Daisy has built up a pretty loyal following. One original was quite high in demand to be released, and so Daisy listened, and on March 14 released her latest single titled Til My Heart Runs Out.

      Til My Heart Runs Out is a balladic love letter to friendship. The chorus sings ‘if you need me you know where I am // I’ll cancel everything, just to hold your hand // know beyond a shadow of a doubt, i’m gonna love you til my heart runs out’. Daisy, through her lyrics, depicts strong female friendships navigating the turbulent twenties: ‘We’ll eat all the chocolate, drink all the gin // we’ll watch Bridget Jones, til we’re laughing again’ // let’s cry off our makeup, and sh*t talk your ex, scream drunk karaoke, til we’re not depressed’. I think It’s very likely many people can relate to these lyrics…

      With a delicate voice like Daisy’s, a minimalistic chordal piano accompaniment and a few luscious harmonies are all you need; her warm tone shines through and is really quite captivating. Even the likes of celebrities such as Billie Eilish have commented on Daisy’s vocals, saying that it’s ‘just one you want to listen to’, and has a ‘floaty, ethereal’ quality.

      Til My Heart Runs Out celebrates the unwavering amount of love there is to be found in platonic relationships. On the release day Daisy posted on Instagram: ‘This is your sign to have a wholesome day this week with your besties and loved ones, send them this song!’
