I’ve always loved getting stuck in to local music scenes, whether at home in south London or in Manchester where I have just moved from after graduating from a degree in politics and anthropology. I love seeing local bands gain recognition more publicly and I have always wanted to write about the music I love. I started writing for the Mancunion when I was studying and I am glad to have another platform so I can continue to write about wonderful local musicians doing amazing things!
